Our great friend Chinner was the head of Security for the Blues by the Bay Festival 2000. I will never the sight of him sitting like the king of the festival in his lounge chair by the stage, smoking an expensive Cuban cigar, his gold watch and chains gleaming in the sunlight along with his dark sunglasses, cell phone, walky talkie and radio! RIIIDE!
